Self-Care Week will return and run from 18th to 22nd November 2024.
It’s an annual national awareness week that focuses on embedding support for self-care across communities, families and generations.
This year’s theme is “Mind and Body” - why not enjoy some downtime with a good book, settle down on the sofa with a movie, or borrow one of our wellbeing bags and self-care toolkits?
Plus, we have some perfect events for the occasion, so join us as we celebrate Self-Care Week!

Poetry Book Group
Wednesday 20th November, from 2.30pm
Richmond Library
Inspired by poems about health and wellbeing, we’ll be sharing poems that we have enjoyed at our Poetry Book Group.
This is a group aimed at poetry appreciation rather than poetry writing, so please bring along a self-care, health or wellbeing themed poem you love and get ready to share it with the group, as we listen to the poems others have enjoyed.
There is no registration required, it’s free and open to all! Find out more.
